How do I receive my product?
We deliver the product through your preferred method of contact. If you choose Discord, please open a ticket; all revisions will be sent there. If you submit a request, all revisions will be communicated via perferred method of contact.
What if I don't like the product I paid for?
In brief, we guarantee your satisfaction with the purchased product. We offer unlimited fixes until you are completely satisfied with the final outcome. Thus, we do not provide refunds.
How does Unlimited Fixes work?
We want ensure full satisfaction with the product you are recieving so we provide Unlimited Fixes free with every order, not revisions. We do not do major changes (full concept changes) to your order without an additinal fee but we will apply as many changes requested to the first concept chosen for free as many times as needed until you are fully satisfied with your order.
